Visa application

The requirements for Italian visa application may vary with country. For your convenience, if a letter of invitation is needed, we ask to provide the information listed below. For the detailed instructions, please refer to the Italian Embassy/Consulate in your country/area.

Invitation letter

If you need an invitation letter, please feel free to contact our Local Organizing Chair, Prof. Paolo Lollini. Please indicate as subject of your email "SAFECOMP VISA REQUEST", and include the following information in your email:

• Registration number
• Name
• Job title/position
• Date of birth
• Passport ID
• Country
• Affiliation
• Affiliation address
• Post address
• The paper title if you have an accepted paper
• Names of the authors of your accepted paper

All identity information should be consistent with your passport.
