Accommodation
A special rate has been negotiated with the NH Hotel in Florence (which is the venue of the conference). The special price for a double room (single use) is 279 Euros VAT. Many other hotels are located near the venue of the conference (a list is available on Booking). In alternative, for the rental of apartments you can check Airbnb. Another site to explore possible accommodation is https://en.firenze-online.com/hotels/
In any case, it is strongly advisable to book the accommodation in advance, due to the tourist season. Mid-September is high touristic seasons and accommodations in the city center get sold out easily.
