Registration
While registration is still possible, we advise that badges have been sent to the printing agency. Further registrants will have a hand-written badge.
Registration can be performed on Eventbrite (just follow the link and the instructions). Please contact us in case of difficulties.
Note: when registering via Eventbrite website, further information, for example, VAT number and address to be reported on the invoice, will be asked after entering the payment method.
There are three types of registrations:
- Workshops Only registration: includes lunches and coffe breaks on the 17th, but does not include social events (welcome reception, dinner)
- Conference Only registation: includes lunches and coffe breaks on the 18th to 20th, and social events (welcome reception, dinner)
- Conference + Workshops registration: includes everything from 17th to 20th
Students and EWICS member have the right of special fees. Evidence of belonging to the two categories will be requested during registration, and verified successively.
Important notes for authors:
- Only papers that are presented by an author at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the digital libraries.
- Each conference paper (research paper, practical experience report, or tool paper) must have a non-student conference registration, or a non-student conference+workshop registration.
- Each workshop paper must have a non-student workshop registration, or a non-student conference+workshop registration.
